MY VIDEO

My education philosophy

1.0   Learning process
I’m learning something is not for examination to get the great result. I’m studying to find the experience and to increase my skill in communication, the way of thinking, the easy way to control and be friend with the environment,  and to increase all skill that necessary used in my daily life to live with peace and more better than yesterday with my beloved ISLAM. ‘Today is better and more skill than yesterday’. Study is not for exam, but for life.

2.0   Teaching process
Teach the student towards the knowledge by following the national education philosophy.  I will teach my student based on the knowledge in the syllabus and added with the experience and skill that I have learnt to help them to understand what I’m teaching about.  Other, I want to open my entire student mind about the study and learning concept. Study is not just to get the best result, but it also to achieve the experience and skill that can help their life in the future. For me, the best student is not the student that gets 10 A+ in all subject that their take, but for me, the best student is the student that can survive in the school and after finish the school and life with peace and happy with their friend and family by hold fast to their religion.

-The period of class and study process become short as the class start late because of the electronic equipment not functions well.

-Government lack of budget in providing technicians for each school in Malaysia.
-Less interest to become a school’s technician as the salary is quite low.
-ICT teacher only know the content of ICT for education, but they don’t really know how to fix the problem regarding all that technologies.
- The equipment’s prepared are not in a good condition as it is left and not being used for a long period of time.
-The school have many electronics equipment such computer, LCD projectors and many else but cannot function well.
-What is the factor that contributes to the lacking number of technicians?
-Why ICT teacher only knows about the content but don’t how to overcome the problem related to the broken equipment?
-Why the equipment like projector and computer for example is not used so frequently?
-Why the equipment such a computer and the LCD projector is always not function well and easily broken?
-The government should increase the salary of the technicians.
-Open more options related to the study of technology.
-School should send the technicians and IT teacher to join the technician workshop, IT programming and other program related to ICT to increase the ability in handling the technologies.
-School should give all teachers in the school training and teach them how to handle the technology that usually using in the school.

5.0 CONCLUSION
Although the technology is important, the management of those technologies should be done wisely in a correct way so that it will give us a good impact as we planned and we can minimise the costs of investment in implementation of the plan that involve technology equipment. Therefore as the ICT growth tremendously, it should go hand in hand with a good management in handling the technology.
